Aims of the sharing
Dear Alumni,
AI tools are commonly in use nowadays. We depend on them not only for our routine tasks but take their answers to our enquiries true. These could lead us to a decline for thinking critically. The misinformation could lead us to mistakes.
AI just replicates human’s good and bad data inputs. We must learn critical thinking to avoid taking its output as granted but interrogate why it says that is true, to improve our problem-solving skills.
We better understand the differences between human skills and qualities, AI capabilities and limitations.
Human skills include advocacy, empathy, and motivation; and human qualities include compassion, resilience, and morality, will become more valuable as AI changes the way we work.
Human Qualities
What can we do to stay relevant, get ahead of the games as AI automates our skills.
Just being ourself is an asset, the human capital, the knowledge, skills and abilities we bring to our jobs.
Think collaboration, not competition with AI. AI won’t replace human but will be incorporated into our work.
AI lacks common sense and creativity, and learn more with AI’s limitations.
AI is trained on data that frequently collected from historically dominant groups, to follow human instructions and has knowledge in various domains and some versions also have access to the Internet. The content is not necessarily accurate and reliable. AI usually respond with something that something like what human would like to see, it is not necessarily grounded in reality. (Deep Seek has deep think function that shows how the answer to your question was made facilitating your evaluation).

Human skills can do complex reasoning with multiple steps reply on our own experience as knowledge and reasoning. Human can be more creative and our background and life experience are our strength. Human should keep learning knowledge, lifelong learning.
