At AGM, we shall approve the minutes of last AGM and audited financial statements for last year, appoint auditor for the following year, elect office bearers and approve a new clause adding to Constitutions.

After AGM, Chair will share about exploring strategies for a strong team culture within our organisation to retain talent and increase employee satisfaction.
